The first RFSS system models for septic waste reception management came out of the production
Event
Within the Elmap GREEN project, a system for the management of septic waste reception station, which can be applied to standard units inside a waste water treatment plant, as well as in remote unmanned faecal stations, was developed.
The system enables local control using the valve and/or grid, remote monitoring and station management, as well as the management and statistical monitoring of waste quantity, quality and origin. In addition to statistical monitoring, the system enables the inspection of discharge in a given time period, grouped according to the concession holder and/or geographical origin of waste. Furthermore, it implements the creation of statistical reports for the purpose of forwarding them to the competent ministry.
Two plant models that differ from each other based on operating equipment and installed options were developed. Model 2 was integrated within the faecal waste reception line for testing the reliability of solutions in the working environment (atmosphere loaded with sulphur-hydrogen and ammonia) within the wastewater treatment plant Stupe in Split.
