The installation of Elmap MMS System for preventive maintenance in WWTP "Slavonski Brod"

Elmap MMS (Maintenance Management System) is a universal tool for the systematic management of working staff and maintenance activities.

This tool is used to issue work orders, record the history of completed activities and repair work cost, as well as to facilitate the planning of activities in advance. It is unique because it enables the processing of current data directly from plant’s PLC units and introduces a dual record of past work according to equipment and function or installation site. The result of its application is the efficient resource management in accordance with the actual plant status.

Elmap MMS was integrated into the personnel management system of the company Vodovod Slavonski Brod and is currently integrated into the system maintenance plan for Waste Water Treatment Plant Slavonski Brod which prescribes the maintenance for more than 1000 plant elements in accordance with installed equipment and manufacturer's recommendations.
